Transferring Account Ownership

An organization Owner can transfer ownership to another user, but the recipient must already be a??Super Admin??within the organization.

Important Notes:

  • Once ownership is transferred, your role will change to??Super Admin.
  • This action??cannot be undone.

Steps to Transfer Ownership

  1. Ensure the recipient is a??Super Admin??on the account.
  2. Open??Users??in the left sidebar.
  3. Select the user you want to transfer ownership to.
  4. In the confirmation modal, click??Make Owner??to complete the transfer.
